Officers

The Officers of the Institution are appointed for one-year renewable terms at the Annual General Meeting, which is usually held in October of each year.

The Institution’s Constitution prescribes that the Officers of the Institution are:-

• The President
• The Vice-President
• The Chairman of Council
• The Vice-Chairman of Council
• The Secretary
• The Treasurer

The President is usually appointed Chairman of Council and likewise the Vice-President is normally appointed the Vice-Chairman of Council.
