Members can telephone or write to us any time for professional, up-to-date advice on career moves, qualifications and training. The Institution encourages continuing professional development, and will evaluate the level of skill and experience a member has achieved, in relation to the requirements for each grade. As soon as you gain sufficient experience you are eligible for a free transfer to the next grade.
